Letter from 1988, to “HaRav Menahem Frush MK and head of the Jerusalem community…” blessing him that he “will see the good of Jerusalem…” and other heartfelt blessings. Signed Y.Z. sg”l, and stamped. HaRav Zarachiya HaLevi sg”l, rabbi of Kiryat Shalom in Tel Aviv for around 50 years, a great Kabbalist thought to have supernatural powers of blessing and a miracle worker. Died without children in the year 2001 and is buried on Har HaMenuhot in Jerusalem. Good condition, filing damage.
