Letter signed by members of the Hevra Kadisha in Jerusalem and signatures of the gabbai of Bikur Holim including Ashkenazim, with stamps. Entirely handwritten, containing the permission given by HaRav Shmuel Salant for charging 50 rubles to the estate of the late “Eli Shov” for burial and other fees. Jerusalem, 15 Iyar. Excellent condition.
