Letter from rabbis of Jerusalem from the year 1935, for “a poor and needy man…a great mitzvah is to have mercy on them…” in addition to the signature of the rabbis it includes the permission of the Chief Rabbi of Israel, HaRav Avraham Yitzhak HaCohen Kook in his handwriting (3 lines) and signature. Good condition, marks from filing.
