Letter written on letterhead of the Gaon HaRav Nissim Karlitz to Av Beit Din Meir Shlit”a, on vagshal, on his thoughts of issuing an injunction and wanting him to take part. In the margins of the letter, HaRav Shmuel HaLevi Wazner added his handwriting and signature, saying he agreed to join the injunction. From 25 of Heshvan. Good condition.
