Manuscript including a pamphlet of the Rambam, the 248 positive commandments and the 365 negative commandments according to the Rambam, written in neat Yemenite handwriting, on thick and quality pages in black ink with accents/emphasis in red ink. Dozens of pages. On the last page there are a few additional topics on personal halachot under the heading “These are the questions asked and answered of the rav.” With signature underneath every decision of “Haim Kassar,” who was one of the great sages of Yemen in the 20th century. Head of Yeshivat “Beit Alshich” and “Beit Sharavi,” compiled the book “Shem Tov.” Would seem this handwriting is that of Rav Kassar, and on the last page he adds his rulings. At the end of the volume is an agreement with the copier. New binding, moth damage, mostly in the interior margins, without damage to the text.
