Lot 313:
Set of 30 pages in different conditions that were taken from the volumes’ gniza. Handwriting of the Gaon HaRav Haim Yitzhak Aaron Rapaport, from his book on the Tosefta entitled “Prishat Aaron,” “Drishat Yitzhak.” He was born in Salonim in 1802 to one of the privileged families in Israel, a scion born to a line of geonim; many years he was a teacher in Ishikok, from there he sat on the Rabbanute in Ukmergė. Compiled many books. In 1882 he moved to Israel and settled in Jerusalem. His seat in Ukmergė was given to his son, Zeev Rapaport, in Jerusalem he taught many. Died in Jerusalem in 1904, buried in Mt. of Olives. Different sizes, conditions range from bad to ok.
