On the cover is a dedication signed and stamped by the author to Haim Berlin. The author, HaRav Moshe Nahum Yerushalmiski: 1855-1916, Av Beit Din of Kiev (Kaminka) and Poland, one of the greats of his generation and a representative of Judaism in Poland, even during his younger years he corresponded with the Sages of the previous generation, when he was 17 he joined the “Shoel U’Mesheev” and “HaYeter Me’ah Rabanim,” in his youth he traveled to Sanz. When he was 25 he was appointed the rabbi of Kiev. Here he served more than 25 years and his name was known throughout Israel, he composed a number of genius works, amongst which are: “Minhat Moshe,” “Lashad HaShemen,” “Birkat Moshe,” and more. Stamps of ownership of the Gaon HaRav Haim Berlin ben HaNatziv, the book is in excellent condition, the dedication is ripped at the top line.
