Damage 2. “Historia di la Liberacion di Salonika” book of history on Salonika, on page 64 is a picture of the Rishon Le Ziyyon, HaRav Yaakov Meir, who was rabbi of Salonika, marching while the city’s guards stand as an honor guard.
