1. Questions and answers, Damascus, Eliezer Halak, first section, named “Hesheev Rav Eliezer v’Si’ach Sade” Debates, casuistry on halacha, the second section “Damascus Eliezer” has separate title pages. By the Rav Eliezer Zalman Lifshitz, Neuwied 1749, 30 (1) 30 page. (Winograd Neuwied 8, 9), one of the few books printed in Neuwied. Only edition. Rare. 2 sections in excellent condition, 2 title pages have especially nice engravings. Stains, stamps of ownership, new binding, many certificates of approval. 2. Sefer “Meir Einei Chachamim,” additions to the Shas, Frankfurt-am-Mein 1709, (1) 159 page. Many writings and signatures, amongst which are “Shimon Hess” with many notes that the book was owned by the “Gaon Mehorar Shimon Hess” An important book, the title page has engravings of nice flowers. The title page was repaired, not professionally, the first page is wrinkled and damaged, the rest is in good condition. Stamp of the “Etz Haim” company in Paris.
