Letter of Torah by his holy handwritten and signed by Ra’avad Rabbi Moshe Sternbuch. Rabbi Moshe Sternbuch a close associate of the Chazon Ish, the author of the book series “dates and times” “answers and leadership” and other books, in the past was the rabbi of the Orthodox community in Johannesburg. In (1989), with the passing of the haredi community’s great Rabbi Yitzchak Yaakov Weiss, Rabbi Sternbuch appointed to serve as vice president and a member of the Court of the orthodox community.
