Lot 90:
Typewritten letter on the Rebbe’s official aerogram, from Iyar 2, 1962. The Rebbe states that the Pidyon Nefesh from Rosh Chodesh Iyar was received and will be read by the Admor’s gravesite. The Rebbe adds an instruction to the addressee to check his Tefillin and Mezuzot and give money to charity before the Shacharit prayer every day. The letter contains a hyphen and a correction handwritten by the Rebbe. It is signed on behalf of the "Admor Shlita" by the secretary S.M. Simpson.
It is known that many letters written by the secretaries were often signed by the Rebbe himself in the secretary’s name; corrections, if made, were done only by the Rebbe himself.
