Following is a description from the book Mazkeret Netzach, reviewing the Chalukah by the Rebbe: On Monday, the 13th of Adar B, Kuntres Purim Katan – 1992 was published with the Ma’amar VeAtah Tetzaveh from 1981. When the Rebbe left 770 to go to the Mikveh, he said that since today was Purim Katan, he would distribute the Ma’amar. The following day, Tuesday, Purim Katan, after the Aravit prayer, the Rebbe distributed the Ma’amar casewrapper. This Ma’amar is the last one that was given directly by him.

The content of the Kuntres: the Kuntres was reprinted and published with a purple hardcover, on which the title "קונטרס פורים-קטן – תשנ"ב״ is embossed in blue letters. The Ma’amar is the Divrei Elokim "ואתה תצוה את בני ישראל, which was said on Parashat Tetzaveh 1981. The introduction is dated "Sunday, Parashat Kih Tissa 1992".

The item was delivered by a Chabad Chassid and confirmation shall be given by the Auction House.
