And they are Kitvei Kodesh… by Rabbi Yehuda Leib Moreh Tzeddek of Yanovich, the brother of Rabbeinu the Gaon the famed Chassid Rabbi Shneur Zalman… edited by his grandson… Zeev Wolf the son of the late Yeshaya the son of the Rav the Gaon author".
First ediiton printed by Menachem Mann ben Baruch and Simcha Zimmel ben Menachem Nachum, Vilna – 1841. [1], 49 leaves. Many moth perforations. No binding. Stains and other blemishes. Fair overall condition.
Russian ownership stamps, ownership notations: "Belongs to the famed Rav Moshe Metz of Forsteit Yashan of Donenburg (apparently referring to Denenburg – Dvinsk, Latvia).
