Inside the Kuntres, the notation: "ניתן מידי הכ"ק אדמו"ר שליט"א המלך המשיח ערב כ"ב שבט התשנ"ב לידי… (the recipient’s name)".
On the bill, the notation: "ניתן מידי הכ"ק הרבי שליט"א המלך המשיח לידי… (the recipient’s name) ערב כ"ב שבט התשנ"ב"
A quote from the work Mazkeret Netzach describing the Chalukah by the Rebbe: “In advance of the 22nd Shvat, the 4th Yahrzeit of the Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka, the Rebbe ordered the printing of a special Kuntres with his Sichot and letters on the virtue of Jewish women and girls. On the 21st of Shvat after Maariv and saying of a Sicha,
he gave out the Kuntres whichwas titled “Kovetz 22nd Shvat”, with a $5 bill (חמ"ש, the initials of the Rebbetzin’s name) and a Leikach placed in a plastic case.
Content: approx. 60 pp. pink binding. Sichot and letters about the virtue of Jewish women, especially in this generation.
