Printed title cover, original, detached. Moth perforations and damage. Stains. Good overall condition. 

The work was written by Rabbi Nobel to render Kosher the Eruv made in the city which had rejected by Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Braeuer—the son-in-law and successor of the Rashar Hirsch.
This controversy continued for a number of years and many halachic Teshuvot, supporting the varied opinions, were written on the subject.
