Buyer's premium:

Leaf of "protection against a plague, tried and true by the Rav… Rabbi Moshe Teitelbaum Av Beit Din of Oihel… this Segulah by the Gaon Tzaddik Rav Baal Hatanya…". With Shemot Kodesh, verses and prayers. Edited by Yitzchak Segal Breiner and his brother Asher Anshil Segal, the sons of Rabbi Eliyahu Segal Breiner of Pressburg, in 1915. Fold lines and restored tears. An open tear to the corner of the leaf. Good overall condition.

An extremely rare amulet that does not appear in bibliographic records and has never been auctioned. The uniqueness of this amulet lies in the Shemot Kodesh it introduces in the name of Rabbi Shneur Zalma of Liadi, Baal Hatanya [integrating Shemot Kodesh with the verse "ויעמד פינחס ויפלל ותיעצר המגפה"] – in an additional edition of the amulet, which was published in the same year by the Breiner brothers, above these Shemot Kodesh it was written that they were by the Ari.  We do not know of another amulet ever published that states that it is in the name of Baal Hatanya
