The Or Torah Yeshiva is one of the oldest and most unique yeshivas in Eretz Yisrael. It was established by the Admor the Divrei Shmuel of Slonim, beside the grave of Rabbi Meir Ba’al Hanes. Its students used to remain in the yeshiva all week and return to their homes only for Sabbath. Until he became Av Beit Din of the town, this was also the custom of the Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Moshe Kliers. Famed rabbis who studied at the yeshiva include the Admor the Birkat Avraham, his son-in-law, the Admor the Netivot Shalom, Rabbi Motel Slonimerr and more.
An interesting paragraph appears on the lower part of the receipt: "מודעא רבה שלא לנגוע בקופות רמב"ן זיע"א, שהם שייכים לכלל עניי אה"ק ת"ו, רק נדבה חדשה לשם הישיבה…".
