ואם ירגיל עצמו בשיחה בטילה ח"ו ידחה לגמרי כנ"ל – special, historical manuscript – regulations for the recipients of the Chalukah of the Menachemt Zion Zibenbirgen Kollel of Safed – by the leaders of the Kollel the brothers of Deyzh the Admor the author of the Knesset Yechezkel and his Brother Rabbi Yitzchak Yechiel – Safed, 1904.
Unique manuscript with 17 varied clauses and regulations for the students of the Menachem Zion Yeshiva, recipients of the Chalukah from the Zibenbergen Kollel. "Shall study regularly in one place… at the Menachem Zion Beit Midrash… only people who know how to study or understand Gemore and Tosfot and Poskim will be accepted… bachelors shall receive support which is a third of what married Yeshiva students receive…anyone who does not study in earnest shall be considered as if he had not attended at all… the managers shall anually submit to the presidents Shlita the names of all the students…"
Later, there are regulations for the Talmud Torah and Bikkur Cholim Society,
The regulations are signed by the brothers, the presidents of the Kollel: the Admor Rabbi Yechezkel Panet the author of the Knesset Yechezkel of Deyzh and his brother, Rabbi Yechiel Michl Panet (these are not their original signatures but rather, handwritten by the writer of the regulations in Safed).
