On the flyleaf, a handwritten dedication, signature and stamp of the Admor "Rabbi Yisrael Halberstam of Krakow, the son of the Gaon Maran Sinai, the Admor and Av Beit Din of Zhmigrod, now in Jerusalem". 

The Admor of Zhmigrod Rabbi Yisrael Halberstam (passed away in 1981), the son of the Admor Rabbi Sinai Halberstam of Sanz Zhmigrod, the grandson of the Divrei Chaim of Sanz. The son-in-law of the Gaon Rabbi Shimshon Aharon Polansky – the Tepliker Rov. Served as Admor in Krakow. Immigrated to Eretz Yisrael and then moved to the USA where he managed his Chatzer. Was succeeded by his son, the Admor Rabbi Sinai Shlita who serves also as the president of the Metivta Divrei Chaim Yeshiva in Beitar Ilit.
