Volume with two basic Chassidic books. Published by the Mafitzei or printing committee of Yeshivat Chachmei Lublin – Shanghai, 1946. 

1. Sefer Kedushat Levi, on the Torah, by the leading Chassidic rabbi, Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev. "With some Likutim on verses and Gemores and Midrashim…" 111, 2-33 leaves. 

2. Sefer Avodat Yisrael on the Torah and Moadim and Masechet Avot. By Rabbi Yisrael ben Shabtai, known as the Maggid of Kozhnitz. 95 leaves. 

Bound together. Loose binding. Good overall condition. 

On the guard leaf, a dedication from the Valley of Tears in Shanghai: "ב"ה שנגהי יצ"ו, לאות אהבה וידידות לידידינו היקר והנאמן מר זעליג נ"י שטיצבערג" – Rabbi Zelig Shtitzberg, a Talmid Chacham and leading Ger Chassid. One of the re-establishers of the Chassidut after the Holocaust. Owned a famed bookstore in Jerusalem. 

The dedication is signed by the brothers Azriel David and Moshe Avigdor Postag, the brothers Shlomo Zalman and Shmuel Vitensohn, Yitzchak Leibush Bilgoray and Yechiel Rosenzweig. A later signature of Rabbi Yitzchak Sofer, Rosh Metivta Derabbi Yochanan of the Karlin Chassidim.
