Bibliographically Unknown Amulet" Protection for the Home, Child and Mother Color and Gilt Edition - Jerusalem? 19th Century?

Rare and special amulet, gilt and color edition, with a Hamsa and varied Shemot Kodesh from Sefer Avodat Hakodesh by the Chida in the name of the Rav Chessed LeAvraham. At its top, an inscription: "אליהו הנביא זכור לטוב, בסימן טוב, שמירה לבית לילד וליולדת…". Written on its lower part,   "עיה"ק ירושלם תובב"א" – according to the amulet expert, the famed collector Bill Gross, the border was printed in Vienna and the text in Jerusalem, apparently in the 1820s/1830s. Restored tears – see pictures. 

We did not find this amulet in the varied bibliographic records and it has never been auctioned.
