Collection of three Prozbul documents – HaEidah HaChareidit/Agudat Yisrael/general document – with the handwritten signatures of the Geonim Rabbi Pinchas Epstein Rosh Av Beit Din of HaEidah HaChareidit, Rabbi Shlomo Schreiber Rosh Av Beit Din of Agudat Yisrael and Rabbi Yitzchak Flekser Gaon Av Beit Din of Agudat Yisrael and more – Jerusalem, 1938-1966.
The collection includes three Prozbul documents which were given to the Gaon Chassid Rabbi Aharon Haltovsky, a leading Karlin Chassid in Eretz Yisrael.
1. Prozbul document of HaEidah HaChareidit from 1938 with the handwitten signatures of the Geonim:
-Rabbi Pinchas Epstein Rosh Av Beit Din of HaEidah HaChareidit author of Orian Talitai.
– Rabbi David Mordechai Vachtfoigel.
– Rabbi Moshe Yitzchak Cheshin.
2. Brozbul document of the Beit Din of Agudat Yisrael from 1959, with the handwitten signatures of the Geonim:
– Rabbi Shlomo Schreiber, the Rosh Yeshiva of Chayei Olam and Rosh Av Beit Din of Agudat Yisrael.
-Rabbi Yitzchak David Flekser Rosh Av Beit Din of Agudat Yisrael and the Rosh Yeshiav of Sefat Emet, author of Sha’arei Yitzchak on the Torah.
– Rabbi Aharon Bernstein, the Rosh Yeshia of Chayei Olam and Dayan of the Beit Din of Agudat Yisrael.
3. General Prozbul document from 1966 with the handwitten signatures of the rabbis:
– Rabbi Avraham ben Rabbi Nachman Yosef Wilhelm.
-Yitzchak Shotland.
