Chassidim consider the day of Adar 21, the Hillula of Rabbi Elimelech of Lizhensk, as a Yom Segulah. By Chabad tradition, the Admor Hazaken said that while his book is Sefer shel Beinonim, the book Noam Elimelech is the book of Tzaddikim.
A pen notation on the bill: "א’ כ"א אדר תשמ"ז. מיד כ"ק אד"ש…" and the recipent’s name.
