Sefer Hayashar, Chidushei Halachot, elucidation of Sugyot and Shut, by "Rabbeinu Yaakov Tam Baal Hatosefet…". This work was truly authored by him, unlike a Mussar work with an identical title that was attributed to him by mistake and was apparently authored by the Greek Rabbeinu Zerachya.
Printed by the Dayan Rabbi Daniel Prostitz – First Edition, Wien, 1810. [2], 87 leaves. Stefansky Sifrei Yesod 48. In the Rare Book Collection of the National Library. The book was approbated by the Chatam Sofer of Pressburg and Rabbi Mordechai Bennet, Av Beit Din of Nikolsburg. Printed in their lifetime.

On the title page, stamps:
וועד הספרים של הרב יעקב דוד הגאבד"ק ווישאגראד והגליל" and an ownership notation in Rashi and square script:
"הבחור הצעיר… (מחוק) בלאאמו"ר הרב המאה"ג החריף המפורסם מוהר"ר יעקב דוד נ"י בידערמאן… לקהל עדת ישורון בק’ מעזריטש יצ"ו. An additional notation indicating the book was owned by Av Beit Din of Kozhnitz and Vishgorod [ see below].
Glosses and connecting worlds!
Shem Hagedolim Hechadash notes that
Rabbeinu left many writings and in addition, all the books that he owned had many glosses handwritten by him. This copy too contains his handwritten glosses on the margins of the sheets.
In addition, there is a deep connection between Rabbeinu, the owner of this copy, and Rabbeinu, the author Rabbi Yaakov Tam Baal Hatosafot, since in Rabbi Yaakov David’s work on Torat Kohanim, in Parashat Bechukotai, he wrote a woderful thing about Rabbeinu Tam:
"ונתגלה לי בחלום בשנת תרי"ד בחדש אייר, שלכן נקרא רבי יעקב איש תם ‘רבינו תם’, עבור שהוא תיקן תיקון חזרת הנדוניא וביטל זו הקללה של ותם לריק (see Tosfot Ketubot 47)
ויהי לפלא" – In this copy as well, on the title page, there is a lengthy notation apparently written by Rabbeinu, praising the author Rabbeinu Tam (see Encyclopedia Chachmei Polin p. 157).

Rabbi Yaakov David Biderman (1806-1863) the son of Rabbi Yisrael Isser of Mezeritch who was a disciple of HaYehudi Hakadosh of Pershischa. Served as Av Beit Din of Kozhnitz and then Vishgorod and for some time, served as Dayan in Mezeritch. Followed Rabbi Shlomo Leib of Lentshna, the Saraf of Kock and the Chidushei HaRim of Ger. The Rav of Lentshno once said to the Rav of Vorka that Rabbi Yaakov David was a full bookcase.
