Two volumes with the entire sections of Sefer Yismach Yisrael, a basic Chassidic book on the Torah and the Moadim, by the Admor Rabbi Yerachmiel Yisrael Yitzchak, the son and successor of the Admor Rabbi Danziger, the Admor Hazaken of Alexander. 

First edition, Lodz 1911-1912. 5 sections in two volumes: Bereshit, [4], 223, [1] pp. Shemot, 114 pp. Vayikra, [8], 151 pp. Bamidbar, [1], 65, [1] pp. Devarim, [1] 67-199, [1] pp. Stefansky Sifrei Yesod 397. Stains and some moth perforations. The first leaves of the Vayikra section are with fungus stains and a tear to the title page. Some taping and other minor blemishes. Good overall condition. 

On the title page of the Vayikra section, ownership stamps: "אלעזר ליפשיץ אלעכסנדר"  the brother-in-law of Rabbeinu the author, the Chassid Gaon Rabbi Eliezer Lifshitz – the son-in-law of the Admor Hazaken of Alexander Rabbi Yechiel Danziger. Already as a youth was recognized as a Lamdan and Matmid. He lived for many years in the court of Alexander and was then appointed Dayan of Lodz.
