Sefer Binah LeItim by Rabbi Azarya Figo authof of Gidulei Terumah. Two sections in a single volume. The Press of Avraham Nissan Zuss Segal, Lemberg – 1867. 78; [2], 5-117, [5] leaves. Professional taping for reinforcement to several leaves. Some stains. Fine fabric binding. Very good overall condition.
On the title page, a handwritten signature (cut in its top): "הק’ יודא גו"ו [גרינוואלד] ברעזווא?" – the handwitten signature of the Gaon Rabbi Yehuda Greenwald (1848-1920), Av Beit Din and Rosh Yeshiva of Satmar. The son of Rabbi Yehoshua Folk. One of the leading rabbis and Rosh Yeshivas of Hungary. A disciple of the Ketav Sofer in Pressburg, and more. The Rav of Satmar for over twenty years. His Divrei Torah appear in many books including Zichron Yehuda, Olelot Yehuda, She’erit Yehuda and more.
