The Psak Din describes a negotiation between the ancient Kloiz of the Admor Rabbi Aharon of Chernobyl in Safed and the neighbors living near the yard of the synagogue. The Psak Din relates to the famed Talmudic Sugyot of Chatzer Hashutafin, Hamezik Leharchik, Heizek Re’iya and more… a Psak Din typical of the crowded allies of Safed:  "אשר אנשי הקלויז רוצים לבנות בית עליה קטנה…. שהיא לרוח מערב… רשות בידם לבנות על הכותל המפסיק… ויטיחו בקוסרמלא ובחלומסא בכדי שלא יזיקו להכותל…".

The Psak Din is handwritten entirely by the Gaon Chassid Rabbi Raphael Zilberman Av Beit Din of Safed, who signed it twice. The Dayan Rabbi David Babad, the son of the Minchat Chinuch, also signed the Psak.
