Sefer Noda BiYehuda by the Gaon Rabbi Yechezkel Segal Landau Av Beit Din of Prague. Shut Mahadura Kama and Tanyana, volume II Dinei Even HaEzer and Choshen Mishpat. Printed in Stettin, 1861. In this copy, Mahadura Tanyana was bound first and the title page appears in it only. 121, [13] leaves. 123, [16] leaves. 

Fine new binding. Moth perforations and damage. Stains. Good-fair overall condition. 

Several ownership stamps: "מנחם מענדיל האגער בהרה"צ שליט"א מוויזניצא אב"ד דק"ק אויבערווישא והגלילות יע"א" (Menachem Mendel Hager, the son of the Rav of Vizhnitz Shlita) – his stamp from the lifetime of his father the author of Ahavat Yisrael. 

On the top of the title page: "נחמן שואל בן שרה בראנדיל" and an erased stamp of the famed Chassid Rabbi Nachman Shoel Fruchter, who, apparently, gave Rabbeinu the copy as a gift and followed in the footsteps of Chassidim, writing his name to be mentioned favorably by the Tzaddik.    

A single gloss and several handwritten corrections inside the book. 

The Admor the Gaon Rabbi Menachem Mendel Hager of Vishova (1885-1941) the eldest son of the Admor the Ahavat Yisrael of Vizhnitz. Was a renowned and knowledgeable Talmid Chacham. Since 1908 served as Av Beit Din of Vizhnitz, where he established the Beit Yisrael Yeshiva. After his father’s passing, began acting as an Admor. Was one of the leaders of Agudat Yisrael and a member of Mo’etezt Gedolei HaTorah. His bones were brought to be buried in Israel, in the plot of the Vizhnitz Admorim.

The famed Chassid Rabbi Nachman Shoel Fruchter of Oiber-Vishova, the son of the Chassid Rabbi Yehuda Leib Fruchter and son-in-law of the famed Chassid Rabbi Mordechai Menachem Simcha who was known as Reb Mendel Komoneshter. Was one of the leaders of the community of the town and was famed for his charity and hospitality, hosting Rabbeinu the Admor the Tzemach Tzaddik of Vizhnitz, the Admor Rabbi Chaim of Atinia and more.
