Lengthy, impressive Psal Din – about a negotiation between the representatives of the Kollel and the heirs of the estate – hand-signed by the Gaon Chassid Rabbi Yaakov Dov Berish of Ramon – Safed, 1854. 

Psak Beit Din about the estate of a woman who lived in one of the assets of the Kollel in Safed. The Dayanim go into specific details, forcing the heirs to leave the assets and the Kollel to pay the heirs debts. 

A fascinating item about the history of the Kollelim of Eretz Yisrael and their relationship with those they supported.

The Gaon Chassid Rabbi Yaakov Dov Berish of Ramon, a disciple of the Admor Rabbi Yitzchak of Radvil. After his passing, he followed Rabbi Shalom Shachne of Prohobych, the father of the Saba Kaddisha of Ruzhin. Later, he travelled to his son, the Saba Kaddisha, and grandson, Rabbi Avraham Yaakov of Sadigura. Was one of the leaders of the Chassidic community of Safed, where he built the Kloiz of the Ruzhin Chassidim at the order and with the money of the Admor the Saba Kaddisha of Ruzhin.
