"להשפיע עליכם ברכה וחיים ושלום" – letter with imporatnt content signed by the Admor Hazaken of Sadigura Rabbi Avraham Yaakov Friedman (the first) of Sadigura – addressed to Anshei Shelomeinu Beit Ruzhin in Eretz Yisrael – referring to his father and brother the Admor Rabbi Shalom Yosef – Sadigura, 1852. 

The content of the historical letter

A last will given by the Saba Kaddisha of Ruzhin before his passing in which he ordered to give a fixed salary to his Chassid Rabbi Elazar Moshe Margolis of Tiberius from the Kolllel money that was sent from the Ruzhin Chatzer.  The will was confirmed by the Admor Rabbi Shalom Yosef of Sadigura, who passed away young in the same year his father passed away: הכתב אשר תחת ידו בח’ כבוד אחי הרב רש"י זצללה"ה אשר יקבל בכל שנה ושנה… למלאות רצון קדשו של אאדומו"ר זצללה"ה (הס"ק)". Considering the difficult economic situation in Eretz Yisrael at the time, the Admor Hazaken reached a settlement, which he ends with warm blessing to Anshei Shelomeinu who do the bid of the Saba Kaddisha and his brother: "והנני לזרז את אחב"י אשר יתנו אומץ למלאות מלבבם הטוב פקודת ורצון אאדומו"ר זצללה"ה וצדקתו עומדת לעד להשפיע עליכם ברכה וחיים ושלום…" .

Seder Moed – Rabbi Avraham Yaakov Friedman (the first), the Admor Hazaken of Sadigura (1820-1883) one of the greatest leaders and Admorim of his generations, the son of the Admor the Saba Kaddisha of Ruzhin and his successor in Sadigura. Was the son-in-law of the Admor the author of the Beit Aharon of Karlin and by his second marriage, the son-in-law of his brother of Shtefanesht. Thousands used to travel to his Chatzer, expecting to recieve his blessing, knowing that his blessing shall not be in vain. Was one of the greatest supporters of the poor of the Holy Land, the president of Kollel Vohlin. Like other contemporary Admorim, Rabbeinu was arrested by the Russian authorities and impriosned for two years. He was released following the efforts of many Admorim and Jewish activists.
