Late, stable binding. Tears to title page and intentional cutting to the edge of the leaf with the approbation. Healthy paper. Marks of usage. Taping to the upper part of the title page. Some moth perforations. Good overall condition. 

Signature and gloss!

On the title page, a Sephardic ownership signature of Rabbi Shmuel Alkalai and an Ashkenazic signature of Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Baharan (see Hebrew catalog text). 

On leaf 1, a lengthy and significant handwritten gloss.
