First edition. Pietro and Lorenzo Bragadin Press – Venice, 1618. Originally, 62, 65-76, 75-176 leaves. This copy begins with leaf 12 and the last leaf is missing – 12 leaves are thus missing including the title page. In the Rare Book Collection of the National Library.
