Lot 230:
Sefer Chemdah Genuza, “a collection of letters from the writings of the Besht and his chevra Kadisha [i.e. followers]”—this refers to pp. 13-25, which have 38 letters and teudot from various Admorim, given to the publisher Yosef Chaim Biglausen by Rabbi Yisrael Gorzitzinsky. Most originate from the controversial Kherson geniza (according to its discoverers, it was found at the Russian police archive in Kherson, and comes from materials confiscated from Rabbi Yisrael of Ruzhin by the police; it appears, however, that these letters are actually fake).
Divrei torah by tzaddikim on the seder haparshiyot, including: Rabbi Dov Beer of Mezrich, Rabbi Pinchas of Koritz, Rabbi Yev”y of Ostraha, Rabbi Levi Yitzhak of Berdichev, Rabbi Yisrael of Koznitz, Rabbi Yehiel Michal of Zlotchow, Rabbi Zvi of Zidichov, Rabbi Eliezer of Zikov. At the end are hanhagot kedoshim from Rabbi Moshe Leib of Sasov.
The place and year of printing are not noted. Apparently printed in Vienna in 1921. 27, V pp. With the green title-cover. Stable binding. Minor blemishes. Good condition.
