Buyer's premium:

“Shulchan Aruch from the Tur Choshen Mishpat…with the Beer Heitev[!]…gathered and composed by Rabbi Moshe of Frankfurt (1678-1768), dayan of Amsterdam, author of the Nefesh Yehuda (on the Menorat HaMa’or)…”. First edition of the commentary Beer Heitev on Shulchan Aruch. This is not the same commentary as the Beer Heitev which appears until today on the four sections of the Shulchan Aruch—this is a commentary only on the Choshen Mishpat which is not common in later printings of the work (see more, Stefanski Sifrei Yesod 168, in the notes). [4], 396 leaves.

The last leaf has light damage to the text, a few moth holes at the beginning and end of the book, otherwise overall good condition. Leather binding matches the period of printing with remains of metal clasps, tape on the binding for reinforcement of the spine.

Antique signatures of ownership: “Shmuel ben … of Teilheimer”, “Shlomo Segel of Schwanfeld”.
