Chidushim on Masechet Shvu’ot by Rabbi Yosef Ibn Migash, a disciple of the Rif and the Rambam’s Rav. With Chidushei Maharish Baal Ne’eman Shmuel. 

And in addition, Chidushei Torah and some Shut by the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Sofer of Pressbuerg – the Chatam Sofer’s first Divrei Torah that were published. 

Printed in Prague, 1826. [1], 44 leaves. Elegant new binding. Restored lack to title page. Stains. Good overall condition. 

On the title page, ownership notations, some of which are incomplete: "…גרשון הק’ שטערן" (Gerson Stern – see Hebrew catalog text) "בעה"י הק’ צבי אלימלך הכהן ביין פק"ק ס’ שאמלוי יצ"ו תש"ב לפ"ק" and a foreign stamp with the name: "ארנולד ביין מסילאדי שאמלויא".

On the first leaf, a stamp:  "ה"ק אהרן יודא באש שימלויא". Inside the book, stamps: "גרשון ה"ק שטערן אבדק"ק Ludasul" whose signature appears on the title page.
