Handwritten document in which two rabbis confirm that Ms. Ahuva ban Menashe is unmarried and can marry whomever she wishes. Signed by Rabbi Ovadya Hadaya and Rabbi Gregi Inbar (?) in Petach Tikvah, 1944.

The Mekubal Rabbi Ovadya Hadaya (1890-1969) was the son of the Mekubal Rabbi Shalom. He served as head of the Beit El kabbalist yeshiva, and a member of Mo’etzet Gedolei HaTorah, and a member of the Supreme Rabbinical Court, Sephardic Rav of Petah Tikva, and won the Israel Prize for Judaic Literature for 1968. Author of Shut Yaskil Avdi.
