"הפ"נ נתקבל, ויקרא בעת רצון על ציון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע". Signed by the secretary Rabbi Shalom Menachem Mendel Simpson.

It is known that many letters signed by the secretary were actually signed by the Rebbe himself in the name of the secretary.

Fold lines. Minor perforations along the folds. Some minor stains. Good condition.
