On it, a pen notation: "נתקבל בהתוועדות הרבי מלובביץ ב-כ’ באב תשמ"ה יום זכרון לרבי יצחק לו" – Hitvaadut for the Yahrzeit of the Rebbe’s Father the Mekubal Rabbi Levi Yitzchak Schneerson on Av 20,1985.
