Sefer Edut BeYaakov, Shut by the Gaon Rabbi Yaakov, the great-grandson of Rabbi Avraham di Boton the author of Lechem Mishneh of the Rambam/ Edited by the author’s son-in-law Rabbi Shlomo Abravanel – Single Edition (some facsimile editions notwithstanding) Salonika, 1720. [1], 273 leaves. In the Rare Book Collection of the National Library.
Leaves 232-264 contain: "ענינים מפוזרים ומפורדים מחדושי דינים וקצת לשונות הש"ס והפוסקים ראשונים ואחרונים… משארית הפליטה אשר נמצא מהרב המחבר… והנשאר טמון באש". On the tops of the pages: Likutim.
Attached to this copy (in the past) was an ancient non-original title page with a sticker with the book’s title and author, in fine Assyrian script. No binding. Moth perforations and damage. The above title page is detached and restored. Stains. Fair overall condition.
On the top of the title page, an ancietn Italian notation: "נפל לגורל יורשי הר"ר משה לוריא זצ"ל". (Inherited by the heirs of Rabbi Moshe Luria).
