Silver kiddush cup, engraved Inside are columns bearing the names of the four rivers mentioned in the book of Genesis: “Pishon, Gichon, Prat, and Chidekel”—both right-to-left, backward, and from the end to beginning, as well as using acronyms. This practice is a Segulah mentioned by the Kabbalist the Rashash, for parnasa, marriage, and more.

Unlike other similar Kiddush cups, the soldered names of the rivers appear on the obverse of this cup as well. On its reverse, the inscription: "כוס ישועות אשא". Upper and lower floral borders.
Non-hallmarked silver (examined). Weight: 107 gr. Diameter: 5.5 cm. Height: 7+ cm. Minor dents. Good overall condition.
