The title page is with a finely engraved illustration of Moshe and Aharon and King David playing. The title page of this copy is significantly different from that of other copies: in most copies, on the lower part of the title page appears an illustration of Chalom Yaakov whereas in this copy, it is replaced by an inscription.

Restored title page. Moth damage to the first gathering. Front board only without a spine. Stains. Wear due to use. Most of the book is in good overall condition.
An ancient signature on the title page: "יעקב הלוי מראווע" and an additional blurred signature. An additional later notation: "יצחק ציון". On the leaf of approbations, a partly erased stamp with the words: "שידלאווצי יוסף".
Several pen and pencil glosses on the margins of the sheets.
