Buyer's premium:

Sefer Ahavat Shalom by Rabbeinu Menachem Mendel of Kosov, the father of the Kosov-Vizhnitz dynasty. An edition published by the Admor Rabbi Mordechai Hager of Vizhnitz, who lived in Monsey, New York. Facsimile edition of the Chernovich 1883 edition, including the original title page expert for the printing of the words: "וכאשר הראשונים ספו וגם כלו, הדפסנו עוד הפעם…. גם התקנו כל הטעותים מלוח הטעות… הק’ מרדכי האגער בהה"צ מהרח"מ מ’וויזשניץ שליט"א". (…reprinted … and corrected … Mordechai Hager the son of Rabbi Chaim of Vizhnitz Shlita).

The title "Shlita" referring to the publisher’s father, the Admor the Imrei Chaim of Vizhnitz, which appears on the title page indicates that the book was published in 1972 at the latest and apparently during the years 1960-1970. [4], 118 leaves.

Original binding. Some moth perforations. Good overall condition.

A notation on the flyleaf:  "הספר הקדוש קבלתי במתנה מהה"צ ר’ מאטלי שליט"א בארצה"ב" – the owner of the book stating he received the book from the Admor the publisher. The owner’s name appears in the center, see pictures. It is interesting to note that at some point, the copy had also been owned by the famed and interesting dignitary Yaakov Dov Avigdor Miller, Rabbi Yankel Miller known as the Yarmer Rav.
