Sefer Chidushei Rabbeinu David Dov on Masechet Bava Metzi’a, section I, by the Gaon Rabbi David Dov Taub Av Beit Din of Zobrazhinsk author of Binyan David and more. The book was published by his grandson, the son of his daughter, the Admor Rabbi Yehuda Moshe Danziger, who wrote a touching foreword revealing his long desire to publish his grandfather’s Chidushim.
First ediiton – Bnei Berak, 1962. 20, 9-190, [2] pp. With the author’s biography. Added are approbations that were given to his book Binyan David by his relatives, the Admorim of Alexander and other Geonim. Fine margins. Stains spine. Minor stains. Good overall condition.
On the flyleaf, a dedication handwritten and signed by the Admor, the publisher: "ב"ה מנחה לידיד-נפשי הגאון רבי שמואל יעקב רובינשטיין שליט"א הגאב"ד דק"ק פאריז בין כסא-לעשור גמר חתימה טובה, תשכ"ג בני-ברק ת"ו הקטן יהודה דנציגר מאלכסנדר" alongside his officila stamp.
