Shut Maharshadam by Rabbeinu Shmuel di Modena on the Shulchan Aruch. The "Partners" Press, Lemberg 1862. Interesting variant. All sections in a single volume: Orach Chaim (and Yoreh Deah) [1], 40; 47, [1]; 4 leaves. Even HaEzer [1], 59; 43, [4] leaves. Choshen Mishpat [1], 63; 86; 11 leaves. Some of the leaves/sheets were misplaced in the binding. Some moth perforations. Stains and other blemishes. Old, worn binding. Some detached leaves. Good overall condition. 

On the guard leaf, an ownership signature of Rabbi Mordechai Dober Schneerson-Twersky of Tomashpol:  "מרדכי דובער בהרב ז"ל" and a handwritten notation by his grandson, Rabbi Menachem Nachum Rabinovich: "הספר הזה בא לידי מירושת אאזמו"ר הרהצה"ק [אדוני אבי זקני מורי ורבי הרב הצדיק הקדוש] מטמאשפאל, נכדו מנחם נחום רבינוביץ" (see Hebrew catalog text for their brief biographies).
