Ownership stamp of "משה יוסף חיים פודהארצער, נכד הראב"ד בע"הק צפת"ו" – Moshe Pedhatzur (1889-1963), one of the leaders of the Jewish community of Safed and its first mayor after the establishment of the State. The grandson of the Rav of the city Rabbi Raphael Zilberman. The son-in-law of his uncle Rabbi Elazar Zilberman. Supported the Jews of Safed, initiating, among others, the paving of a road to the gravesite of Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai in Meron.
