Shut Noda BiYehuda Section II on Dinei Even HaEzer and Choshen Mishpat, by the Gaon Rabbi Yechezkel SegalLandau Av Beit Din of Prague, known as the Noda BiYehuda after his books. 

Early edition – Zholkva, 1823. [1], 108 leaves. Mispagination at its beginning. According to the scholars of the National Library, this edition is the Bertichev one which was printed by Rabbi Shmuel Madpis and the variation in the place of printing is due to commercial or censorial reasons. 

Late binding, loose in its back-inner board. Stains and wear due to usage. Good overall condition. 

On the title page, two signatures: one with pen (slightly blurred) and the other with pencil:  "ה"ק מנחם לעפקאוויטש". On the flyleaf, additional notations and the name: "אפרים לעפקאוויטש". Foreign stamps with the name Solomon Kahn/Cohen.
