Sefer Minchat Chinuch by Rabbi Yosef Babad Av Beit Din of Tornopol. The work is based on Sefer Hachinuch and was printed around it. With glosses by Rabbi Meir Simcha Cohen, the Or Same’ach of Dvinsk. 

Two sections in a single volume. Printed in Vilna, on the title page of section I: 1924 and on that of section II: 1929. Apparently, a facsimile edition of an earlier edition. [1], 8, 228, 147; [1], 147-300, 244, 1 pp.
