On the title page, an ownership stamp: " משה יונה הלוי צווייג רב ואבד"ק אנטורפן יצ"ו" – Rabbi Alter Moshe Yonah Halevi Zweig (1909-1963) was the Rav of Atik Mogilev, Romania already at the age of thirty. Later, served as Av Beit Din of Shomrei Hadat Antwerp. By the order of the Admor the Maharid of Belz, the name Alter was added to his name as a child since his brothers had passed away young. Was the son-in-law of the Admor Rabbi Yisrael Ashkenazi of Olesk. Author of Shut Ohel Moshe that was approbated by Gedolei Hador and was even awarde the Tel Aviv Prize in 1949.
