In the Kinah for Leil Tisha BeAv: "…בית שני אשר בנה עזרא אדוננו אלף ושבע מאות ושלשה וששים שני יגונותינו…" written on the side of the sheet: "והיא שנת התקצ"ה ליצירה ושנת בקמ"ו לשטרות.

16X11 cm. New binding. Stains. Taping to the first leaf and some moth damage at the beginning.
