Handwritten Kuntres, inheritance agreement dividing the inheritance between the widow of Rabbi Shmuel Polack and his orphans. Keszthely (Hungary), 1834. Yiddish and German. The handwritten agreement contains more than 120 clauses, including a listvaried items from the estate of Reb Shmuel Polack, their value and the actual price they were sold for, a list of debtors and creditors and more.
The document was signed by seven and by "שמחה ראובן גאלדמארק חזן דק"ק קעסטהעל", the scribe apparently.
[14] written pages. 23X37.5 cm. Good condition. Stains. Fold lines. Minor perforations to the first leaf. No binding.
